General Description:
  Formerly a higher noble, Aleksandru dropped out of the spotlight when a past trainee of his, named Michael, had passed away, leaving behind his 2-year-old son, Michleo.
  He went through the courts to adopt the toddler with the approval of Michleo's grandparents who were much too old to comfortably take care of him. Aleksandru had a hard time adapting to the role of being a father, but soon developed a strong familial bond with Michleo as he kept getting older.
  As Michleo grew up, he grew closer to Aleksandru, even beginning to call him "dad". Aleksandru does his best to be a role model to him and his nephews, though he often looks intimidating and none of the boys want to grow up and be "scary" like him.
  Aleksandru had a long history of serving the people through the government, but taking on the role of a patrolling guard for the Northern Kingdom, he has found more time to develop hobbies and spend time with his adopted son. He unfortunately strikes out with romantic relationships and has never been able to really get close to someone.

Wanderer / Scaramouche (Mediator Genshin Impact Fan Comic AU Design)

Basically, the two outfits are to suggest the alternate life that Wanderer or Scaramouche is living: a life working with the Fatui and a life working with the Mediators. It creates a lot of internal conflict for him as he learns who to trust.   I also really like the idea of him being able to use electro and anemo abilities for the story, though electro would obviously be marked as a delusion.
