General Description:
  The youngest of his two brothers, Connor is the most similar to his mother, Anomaly. Compared to his brothers, Michaela and Sorin, Connor is affected strongly by anxiety disorder which is common for their species. It can be difficult to get him to participate and he often takes more interest in electronics and television. He will (reluctantly) agree to play sports if his brothers are both going to join. Strangers often express concern for Connor's developmental path however his doctors have confirmed that despite the anxiety, he is developing well for his age and species and that his lack of interest in more social activities is not cause for concern.
  Though he lacks in participation, he does enjoy going on adventures in the forest and he knows the name of every animal on the neighbor's farm.

Wanderer / Scaramouche (Mediator Genshin Impact Fan Comic AU Design)

Basically, the two outfits are to suggest the alternate life that Wanderer or Scaramouche is living: a life working with the Fatui and a life working with the Mediators. It creates a lot of internal conflict for him as he learns who to trust.   I also really like the idea of him being able to use electro and anemo abilities for the story, though electro would obviously be marked as a delusion.
