I do not know much about Willow beyond what SoSheDraws has about her on her page, but I am glad she liked it! Wanderer / Scaramouche (Mediator Genshin Impact Fan Comic AU Design)

Basically, the two outfits are to suggest the alternate life that Wanderer or Scaramouche is living: a life working with the Fatui and a life working with the Mediators. It creates a lot of internal conflict for him as he learns who to trust.   I also really like the idea of him being able to use electro and anemo abilities for the story, though electro would obviously be marked as a delusion.
